Scalping Augers and Shredder

Unique dual augers and fast spinning shredders, for perfect balanced fiber conditioning. A positive feeding system will meter the fiber accurately to the airlock. No fluctuations in feeding.

Dual Scalping Augers

Vigorously turning agitators in the hopper cause progressive density changing of the fiber, along with the decreasing ‘head’ pressure of the fiber over the shredder/airlock assembly.
